Costs award — application for costs in care of children proceedings — Care of Children Act 2004, s 4(a) and 142(1) — Family Courts Rules 2002, r 207 — Wishart v McEwan (1998) 16 FRNZ 528, [1998] NZFLR 473. Costs of $750 to be paid by father to the applicant mother for care of children proceedings.
