Appeal from Tenancy Tribunal — no error — Residential Tenancies Act 1986. The plaintiff appealed the decision of the Tenancy Tribunal dismissing a rehearing. The court was not able to find any error in the decisions made by the adjudicator and found that there were no grounds for appeal. The appeal was dismissed. Judgment Date: 2 August 2017
