Appeal — Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunal — Motor Vehicle Sales Act 2003. A decision of the Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunal was given whereby the trader was directed to refund the value of the vehicle which was paid, and the vehicle was to be made available to be uplifted. The appellant alleged that the proceedings were conducted in a manner that was unfair to the appellant because the Tribunal had asked for photographs that were not forwarded on, and that the defendant should not have driven the vehicle if it was faulty to mitigate the damage. The Court found that the proceedings were conducted fairly and therefore the grounds of appeal did not exist. The appeal was accordingly dismissed. Judgment Date: 21 September 2017
