Methamphetamine — cannabis — possession for supply — possession — failure to carry out obligations in relation to a computer search — drugs — sentencing.
The defendant was sentenced having accepted a sentencing indication in respect of charges relating to possession of methamphetamine for supply, possession of cannabis and failing to carry out her obligations in relation to a computer search. The court noted the defendant's intentions to make the most of the therapeutic support available in prison. The defendant was sentenced to a total of five years' and seven months' imprisonment on the charge of possession of methamphetamine and one month imprisonment to be served concurrently on the remaining charge.
