Injuring with intent to cause grievous bodily harm — domestic violence — sentencing. The defendant was sentenced for domestic violence offending against his partner, who was a protected person. The offending included assaulting the victim whilst she was in the shower and dragging her into the house from outside, causing grazing and bruising. The defendant was convicted and sentenced to three years and four months' imprisonment. No minimum period of imprisonment was imposed.
