The defendant was sentenced having entered guilty pleas on drug related charges laid as the result of "Operation Province". The defendant supplied methamphetamine to an undercover agent on several occasions. The defendant was also found to have had in his possession 70 grams of methamphetamine. As the result of a search warrant being executed further drugs and drug related paraphernalia. The mitigating circumstances were the defendant's medical history with chronic pain, compliance with restricted bail conditions and entry of guilty pleas. The defendant was sentenced to a total period of imprisonment of four years and five months.
