Burglary — theft — unlawfully getting in a motor vehicle — unlawfully in a building — threats likely to cause violence — assaulting a police officer — breach of release conditions — failure to answer bail — sentencing. The defendant was sentenced to two years and seven months' imprisonment on the burglary. He received a sentence of six months imprisonment for two of the theft charges, and three months imprisonment on the charge of unlawfully getting into a motor vehicle. On the remaining charges, the defendant was sentenced to two months' imprisonment. The sentences were to be served concurrently resulting in an end sentence of two years and seven months' imprisonment. Judgment Date: 17 February 2017.
