Passport fraud — theft — obtaining by deception — using a document — breach of supervision — breach of community work — breach of bail — sentencing. The defendant was sentenced to two years and four months' imprisonment on the dishonesty and deception charges. The defendant was convicted and discharged on breach of bail, and was sentenced to nine months' imprisonment on an application to cancel her sentence of community work. On the remaining charges, the defendant received a sentence of two months' imprisonment. The court took into account a lack of remorse, a moderate to high likelihood of re-offending and the abuse of a position of trust.
