Aggravated robbery — breaching community detention— careless use of a motor vehicle — unlawful taking of a motor vehicle — driving with excess breath alcohol — driving whilst forbidden — theft — sentencing. The defendant was charged with numerous charges with the lead charge being aggravated robbery. The defendant was sentenced to a total of 2 years and 8 months imprisonment. On the charge of aggravated robbery the defendant was sentenced to two years and five months' imprisonment, for breach of community work and on matters where the defendant was to be resentenced sentences of three months' imprisonment were imposed, on charges of unlawfully taking a motorbike, and of theft of an iPhone the defendant was sentenced to one year imprisonment. On the charges that were fineable only, the defendant was convicted and discharged.
