Declaration that child in need of care or protection — custody order — Children, Young Persons, and Their Families Act 1989, ss 14 and 101 — Family Court Rules 2002, r 90A. A declaration was made under s 14(1)(a) and (b) that the child was in need of care and protection and a s 101 custody order was made in favour of the Chief Executive. The family group conference plan, that the child would live with the mother and maternal uncle and aunt, was approved by the Judge with a review ordered in six months.
