For information about cases in court, contact the Ministry of Justice Contact Centre on 0800 268 787. If the Contact Centre is unable to answer your question, they will refer you to the appropriate court.
Please note, that court staff cannot provide appearance dates or any other information to news media till after a defendant’s first appearance in court.
If an enquiry relates to the District Court judiciary generally, the Chief District Court Judge, the Principal Family Court Judge, the Principal Youth Court Judge, or an individual judge but unrelated to court proceedings, please contact:
