Census — refusal to fill in individual form — refusal to fill in dwelling form — Statistics Act 1975, s 43(1 ). Two defendants were charged with neglecting or refusing to fill in forms related to the 2018 Census. After failing to meet the Census deadline, both defendants received reminder notices and follow-up visits from Census field officers but still didn't fill in the forms.
