Appeal from Tenancy Tribunal order — ordering a rehearing — new evidence on appeal — District Courts Rules 2014, r 18.17 — Residential Tenancies Act 1986, s 118. Appeal disposed of by ordering of a rehearing for claim of unpaid levies (s 118). Parties were reminded that appeals from tribunals were to be dealt with on the evidence adduced at trial (DCR 18.17); leave to bring new evidence would only be granted if special reasons were established. Judgment Date: 18 March 2016.
