Warrant of commitment — Immigration Act 2009, ss 317 and 320. Application for warrant of commitment under s 317 was determined, with the respondent to be released with conditions imposed under s 320. There were a number of factors weighing against the flight risk, and the respondent had been retained in custody since 18 March 2016 having committed no crime. Judgment Date: 12 July 2016.
