Civil claim — District Courts Act 1947, s 62B — District Courts Rules 2014. The third plaintiff was entitled to judgment against the second defendant in the sum of $11,300 with interest at the prescribed rate pursuant to s 62B. This claim was in relation to default on payment of a motor vehicle, and was determined separately to the claim of the first and second plaintiff. The first and second plaintiffs' claim was in relation to a loan advanced for the purchase of a nightclub and they were entitled to judgment for$48,624.91 with interest. Judgment Date: 11 October 2016.
