Appeal against revocation of Passenger endorsement — application for extension of time — Land Transport Act 1998, ss 30C, 106 and 111. Applications for extension of time to appeal, and the appeal against the Agency’s decision to revoke the appellant’s Passenger endorsement were heard together. When assessing the appellant’s history of driving-related offences against the general safety criteria in s 30C, the evidence was overwhelmingly against the appellant being determined a fit and proper person to hold a Passenger endorsement. The appeal was dismissed. Judgment Date: 23 March 2016.
