Abuse of process — appeal against Tenancy Tribunal decision. This appeal against a decision of the Tenancy Tribunal was dismissed as an abuse of process. The party had previously applied for a stay of proceedings (dismissed) and an appeal of the decision (struck out as there was no appearance for or on behalf of the appellant). This further attempt to appeal was therefore an attempt to get around the first striking out and also raised no grounds for successful appeal of the Tribunal's decision.
