Declaration child in need of care or protection — Children, Young Persons, and Their Families Act 1989, ss 78, 101. A s 78 order was discharged and a s 101 custody order made in favour of the MSD. The mother supported the orders made, although under s 14 (1) (a) and (b) rather than including (f). The Judge also consolidated the files of the child and mother to ensure they were considered together when next reviewed.
