Final parenting order — discharge protection order — Care of Children Act 2004 — Domestic Violence Act 1995. The Judge ordered a discharge of the interim parenting order and made a final parenting order allowing the father unsupervised contact with his children. A temporary protection order which had been granted in favour of the mother and the children was discharged. The mother withdrew her application for a final protection order after hearing of the positive changes the father had made in relation to his methamphetamine addiction. The orders were subject to the father’s bail conditions being amended and discharged in the criminal court. **Note: names have been changed to comply with legal requirements.
