Final parenting order — Care of Children Act 2004, s 48. A final parenting order for day-to-day care was made in favour of the applicant, with contact conditions for the mother and father of the two children. The father was a gang member, and was ordered not to wear his patched jacket during contact. The mother had associations with a known drug user who posed a serious risk to the children. It was a contact condition with the children for the mother to have no contact with that individual. **Note: names have been changed to comply with legal requirements.
