Final parenting order — day-to-day care — exposure to violence — history of transience — Care of Children Act 2004. A final parenting order was made for the child to return to the day-to-day care of the mother. Child had been removed from mother’s care following a without notice application by the father’s mother. Drug use and violence was alleged, which in these proceedings was deemed largely unsubstantiated.
