Appeal of tenancy tribunal decision — falsification of evidence — rehearing — rent arrears — water rates — Residential Tenancies Act 1986, s 118. The appellant appealed against a decision made in favour of the respondent by the Tenancy Tribunal. The respondent made no appearance. It was unclear whether she had not been served or if she was avoiding the Court due to allegations that she had falsified documents. The Tenancy Tribunal decision was quashed and a rehearing was scheduled. Judgment Date: 24 January 2020.
