The defendant appeared for sentence on charges of possession of methamphetamine for supply, offering to supply methamphetamine, supplying a Class A controlled drug, supplying a Class B controlled drug, supply of cannabis, and unlawful possession of a firearm. The evidence for the convictions had been obtained via police-executed production orders on her phones. The Court set a start point of four and a half years on the methamphetamine dealing charges, with uplifts of six months each on the rest of the drug offending and possession of the firearm. The Court allowed discounts for the defendant's troubled background and her guilty pleas, and the final sentence was three years' imprisonment. Judgment Date: 20 January 2020.
