Final parenting order — contact — allegations of abuse — Care of Children Act 2004, ss 4, 5, 6 and 133. An interim parenting order was discharged and final parenting order made in favour of the father with contact provisions for the mother. The psychological report (s 133) suggested that while the children were safe in the mother’s care, it was in the children’s best interests (s 4) that the mother accept the children were safe in the care of their father and cease making unsubstantiated abuse allegations. **Note: names have been changed to comply with legal requirements.
