Parenting order - day-to-day-care - Care of Children Act 2004, ss 4, 5, 49C. Final parenting orders were made in respect of all three of the first respondent's children. The second respondent was the father of the two younger children and the third respondent was the father of the eldest child. Final parenting orders were made in favour of the maternal grandmother with the children having different amounts of unsupervised contact with their respective fathers. The mother's serious drug abuse meant that her contact with the children was to be supervised at all times. The maternal grandmother was incredibly anxious to avoid direct communication with the mother, so contact arrangements were to be made via an aunt. **Note: names have been changed to comply with legal requirements.
