As a result of the execution of a search warrant, the defendant was found to be in possession of a pistol, ammunition, MDMA, GBL, cannabis plant and methamphetamine. The defendant was also sentenced for possession of cannabis oil. The defendant was sentenced in line with a sentencing indication that took a starting point of six years and six months' imprisonment.
