Reserved decision — costs — Calderbank letter — 2B basis. In June 2019 the Judge granted summary judgment against the plaintiff. The defendants successfully claimed for costs as they had made the plaintiff a Calderbank offer which would have left the plaintiff better off than if they had continued to pursue legal proceedings. Judgment Date: 26 November 2019.
