Child support — appeal against decision — powers of Family Court on appeal — Child Support Act 1991, ss 103B and 103D. In this appeal from a determination made by the Commissioner on child support, the court rejected the view that the Court could look beyond the decision that is appealed against. The appeal was allowed in part and the child support payments were adjusted, having regard to the changes in the parties' circumstances and that a shared care agreement existed between the parties.
