Appeal from Tenancy Tribunal — Residential Tenancies Act 1986, ss 51, 54 and 117. This was an unsuccessful appeal from a decision of the Tenancy Tribunal pursuant to s 117 of the Act. Issues were whether notice to quit was validly served (s 51), and whether notice was retaliatory and to be declared of no effect (s 54). Judge determined there were no grounds raised which could call into doubt the findings of fact and decision made of the Tribunal.
