Interim special conditions — returning prisoner — Returning Offenders (Management and Information) Act 2015, s 27 — Australian Migration Act 1958, s 501. The respondent was a returning prisoner pursuant to s 27(5) of the Act. Interim special conditions granted for the returning prisoner, who had been deported from Australia. Special conditions were necessary given the past sexual offending and other offending of the prisoner. Conditions included not to associate or otherwise have contact with any person under 16 without direct supervision of an approved person, as previous sexual offending was against children.
