Supervision with residence — Children, Young Persons, and Their Families Act 1989, s 311. A supervision with residence order was made for a young person to attend the MAC programme, which is a Military-style Activity Programme. The young person had negative attitudes towards women which were of concern, and posed a risk of further offending if not remedied.
