Application for review — filed out of time — District Court Rules 2014, rr 2.12 (3), 15.10, 15.7 (1) — Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003, s 83ZM. The application for review was declined on the grounds that the application was filed out of time without a satisfactory reason for delay. The court took into account the lengthy delay between notice of the decision being given and the application being filed, and the absence of any explanation for the delay. Judgment Date: 1 February 2017.
