Appeal against decision of Tenancy Tribunal — appeal out of time — Residential Tenancies Act 1986, s 117. The appellant appealed a decision of the Tenancy Tribunal. However there was no appearance at Court for the landlord. Also the appeal had been brought out of time. The Court dismissed the appeal and ordered that the amount awarded by the Tenancy Tribunal be paid to the defendants. Judgment Date: 15 January 2020.
