Chief District Court Judge Heemi Taumaunu has announced that Judge Russell Collins is the new National Executive Judge and will start in the role from June. Judge Collins is currently based in Napier and Judge Richard Earwaker will move from Manukau to the Napier District Court in June to replace him.
