Te Kōti Rangatahi operate in the same way as the Youth Court but are held on marae and follow Māori cultural processes. This video introduces the Te Kōti Rangatahi kaupapa and includes interviews with judges, rangatahi (young people), kaumātua and kuia (elders) and other stakeholders. It also introduces the Pasifika Courts, which follow Pasifika cultural processes.
